By accessing or using our website, booking system, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Just Nails by Karla provides professional nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and related beauty services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified, rescheduled, or discontinued at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Online Bookings

Appointments may be scheduled through our website or our authorized online booking platform app.Goldenmagna.com.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact and appointment information.

Booking an appointment constitutes a request for services and agreement to these Terms.

We reserve the right to decline, reschedule, or cancel appointments when necessary.

3. Strict Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged a cancellation fee.

No-shows (failure to arrive without notice) may be charged 100% of the scheduled service amount.

Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

Required deposits for future bookings

Refusal of future appointments

By booking through app.Goldenmagna.com, you authorize us to charge the card on file for applicable cancellation or no-show fees.

4. Late Arrival Policy

Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled.

Late arrivals may still be charged the full service price.

5. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless otherwise stated.

Approved payment methods include those accepted through app.Goldenmagna.com and in-person payment options.

All sales are final. Refunds are not guaranteed and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Health & Safety Disclosure

Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or sensitivities that may affect nail services. Just Nails by Karla is not responsible for adverse reactions or complications resulting from undisclosed conditions.

We reserve the right to refuse service for health, safety, sanitation, or behavioral reasons.

7. Website & Platform Use

By using our website or booking platforms, you agree not to:
